Step 3
Iterative delivery
Delivery happens in two stages. First a POC — research and a working proof of concept. If we agree it fits, I move to production implementation: the longest phase, done mostly async, with progress demonstrations and client calls as agreed. The result is a ready-to-use solution.

In the last few years I've switched my focus to building AI powered solutions and integrating them into existing products.
I started my career in a big consulting company where I worked as a data analyst. I also gathered experience in a pharmaceutical company where I worked as a data analyst and data engineer.
In the most recent years, I've been working as a software engineer at a marketing SaaS company where got hands-on experience on building software products.
I started my independent practice to help companies build practical, maintainable solutions rather than unnecessarily complex technology.
